UPS Store Customer Service and Sales Associates

Job Description
We're a growing group of UPS Store locations across San Diego County, and we're looking for high-energy Sales Associates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to grow with us. High energy and genuinely customer-first — you make people feel welcome the second they walk in.

• A natural at sales through service — you read what a customer needs and deliver it.
• Reliable and accountable — you show up on time, every shift. Hungry to grow — you want to build something, not just clock a shift.
• Willing to become a Notary Public — we'll support it, and it comes with a pay increase.
• Greet every customer warmly and help with shipping, packing, printing, mailbox, and retail needs.
• Create shipments, quote services, pack to UPS standards, and recommend the right packaging and premium shipping.
• Run print jobs, passport photos, copiers, and finishing equipment.
• Handle claims, Access Point packages, returns, and accurate end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Keep the storefront clean, stocked, and compliant with UPS standards.
• Join the Daily Sales Sprint, apply coaching, and keep leveling up your product knowledge and sales skills.

Quarterly performance reviews with raises tied to your sales, reliability, living our core values, and customer feedback.

• Become a Notary and earn an immediate pay increase.

Performance-based quarterly raises and a clear path to grow as we expand.
Comfortable multitasking across packing, shipping, print, and retail.

• Willing to learn UPS packing/shipping standards and print basics.
• Team-oriented and receptive to coaching.
