UiPath Project Manager (Healthcare Automation/Epic)

Location: Remote (USA)
Duration: 3+ Months Contract (Possible Extension/Full-Time Conversion)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Project Manager to lead end-to-end healthcare automation initiatives across clinical, revenue cycle, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will manage RPA project delivery, engage executive stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, and work closely with business and IT teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• 2+ years leading UiPath/RPA implementations
• Strong Healthcare IT domain experience
• Experience with Epic, Cerner, or Meditech platforms
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) automation experience
• Agile/Scrum project delivery
• Stakeholder & Executive Management
• HIPAA/HITECH compliance knowledge
• Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle UiPath automation projects from discovery to deployment
• Manage multiple healthcare automation programs
• Drive process discovery, solution design, UAT, and deployment planning
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business, and compliance teams
• Track project KPIs and provide executive reporting
• Ensure governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Certified Professional / UiARD
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Certification
• UiPath Orchestrator, Automation Hub, Process Mining
• Knowledge of HL7/FHIR integrations and healthcare interoperability
• Experience with Change Management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter)
