Senior Hospice Sales Executive

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced hospice or healthcare sales professional who enjoys building relationships, working in the community, and helping patients and families better understand the value of hospice care.

The Hospice Salesperson will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships.
This role will work closely with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, community partners, patients, and families to increase awareness of hospice services and support appropriate referrals.
- Minimum two years of sales, marketing, business development, liaison, or referral development experience in healthcare required.
- Hospice, palliative care, home health healthcare sales experience required.
- Healthcare service sales experience required; outside referral development experience is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional relevant experience may be considered in place of degree.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, facility leadership, community partners, and referral sources.
- Strong communication, follow-through, and relationship-building skills.
