Product Manager – Q2 / Pricing & Rules Engine

We are looking for a Product Manager/Product Owner with experience delivering banking pricing, profitability, decisioning, or rules-engine solutions. Experience with Q2 PrecisionLender is preferred, but candidates who have successfully delivered other enterprise rules or pricing engines will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for pricing and relationship-profitability capabilities.

• Work with business teams to define pricing rules, decision logic, workflows, and product requirements.

• Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories.

• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Risk, Credit, and Finance teams.

• Manage integrations with banking and enterprise data systems.

• Prioritize enhancements and oversee testing, releases, and adoption.

• Work with vendors and internal teams to continuously improve the platform.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management/Product Owner experience.

• Experience with Q2/PrecisionLender or similar pricing, decisioning, profitability, or rules-engine platforms.

• Banking or financial-services experience strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of configurable business rules and workflow-driven applications.

• Experience with Agile and Azure DevOps/Jira.

• Strong business and technical stakeholder-management skills.
