In this role, you'll own the roadmap for software systems that help ensure autonomous vehicles are in the right place at the right time. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Science, Technical Program Management, and front-end Product Management teams to translate complex operational needs into prioritized product requirements.
The ideal candidate is a technically fluent product leader with experience managing complex backend software products throughout their lifecycle. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing cross-functional teams, and translating technical concepts and tradeoffs into clear product priorities.

As a Senior Technical Product Manager - Product Software (Fleet Orchestration), you'll:
  • Help define the systems that ensure autonomous vehicles are in the right place at the right time.
  • Steward a software product line and curate its roadmap.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Science, Technical Program Managers, and front-end Product Managers to refine and prioritize features and requirements.
  • Define, implement, and monitor metrics that measure system health and performance.
Ideal candidate profile
To be successful, you should have: Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of product management experience 2+ years as product manager for complex backend software Experience driving collaboration, alignment, and affecting outcomes with influence instead of authority Direct experience with product-lifecycle management A technical background, you can learn and understand Software development, and concepts such as back-end systems, web apps APIs, and technical tradeoffs.
