Purpose of the Job
Start or develop your career in financial services as part of a growing team delivering payment processing and cash management services to clients across multiple jurisdictions. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll gain hands-on experience across client payments, supplier verification and online banking activities while building valuable knowledge of fund administration and financial operations.
You'll work closely with administration teams locally and across our global network, helping to deliver accurate and efficient payment services and a positive client experience. With opportunities to develop your technical knowledge, contribute to process improvements and learn from experienced colleagues, this role provides a strong foundation for building your career within a collaborative international environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the processing of client and fund payments, working closely with administration teams locally and across other jurisdictions.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc payment runs using a range of online banking platforms.
- Complete supplier verification callbacks and maintain accurate supplier information within internal systems.
- Take ownership of allocated payment activities, supporting accurate and efficient service delivery.
- Prepare payment packs and supporting documentation for review and approval.
- Maintain accurate payment records, filing and workflow information throughout the payment lifecycle.
- Complete post-payment checks to support the quality and accuracy of payment activities.
- Respond to payment-related queries and provide clear, professional support to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Client Administration teams to support a seamless payment experience and effective service delivery.
- Contribute to quality reporting and team performance information, including process measures and quality records.
- Identify opportunities to enhance payment processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- A degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline would be beneficial, although we welcome relevant transferable experience and different career pathways.

- An interest in developing expertise in payment processing, cash management, fund administration or financial services.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with a focus on maintaining accurate financial information and delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to learning, with an interest in contributing ideas that enhance processes, client experience and service delivery.
