The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK. • Handle a variety of issues from flat batteries to complex fault-finding. • Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members. • Combine technical expertise with outstanding member service. • Tackle challenges head-on, making a real impact on the roadside. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure. • A full UK driving licence. • You are a problem solver, a people person, and a proud ambassador for the brand. • You thrive on variety and can think on your feet to adapt to new challenges.
