The Role

• Transform the customer experience by delivering expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to their locations.
• Conduct a variety of services including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs, adapting to diverse customer needs.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, manage reporting, and foster positive customer interactions.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the organisation with pride and professionalism on every call.
• Embrace independence and problem-solving, making sound judgments to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance or an equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a vehicle technician, proficient with a range of light vehicles.
• A valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• The ability to think critically and make independent decisions in dynamic situations.
