Position: Snowflake Data Architect

Location: San Jose CA

Type:        Contract (W2 Only)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Data Engineer/Architect in our Data Team who will:
•           Understand business problems, analyze solutions, design and help build solutions to meet HPE’s analytical needs
•            Work in business engagements with cross functional teams for various use cases
•            Ensure alignment between upstream processes (in Salesforce, SAP etc) with the reporting solutions
•            Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams for end to end delivery of solutions

Candidate Requirements:
•            Must have at least 10 years of techno functional expertise in Data & Analytics with hands-on expertise in Snowflake
•            Must have prior Data Warehouse/Data Modelling experience with expertise in requirements gathering, application design, build and rollout
•            Strong SQL knowledge is a must
•            Working experience on Fivetran HVR or Matillion is an added advantage
•            Exposure to enterprise solutions like Sales Force, Oracle CPQ, ERP needed
•            Good understanding of process and methodology within Supply Chain/Services/Marketing/Sales preferred
•            Must be a team player and have worked with cross functional technical and business teams
•            Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
