This role involves leading a team, ensuring product excellence, and managing all operational aspects with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. The Role • Lead and motivate a team, acting as a role model and implementing national sales concepts. • Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards. • Enhance customer experience through attractive displays, expert advice, and outstanding service. • Independently implement sales-promoting initiatives and innovative ideas. • Oversee cost and revenue development, inventory management, pricing, and product flow. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience in fresh food or bakery sections. • Strong knowledge of fresh products and a keen eye for quality. • Solution-oriented and results-driven approach with meticulous and conscientious work habits. • Excellent teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills. • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, Monday to Saturday, between 6:00 AM and midnight.
