Business Process Analyst

📍 Location: Oklahoma City, OK

🏢 Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 to 4 days onsite per week

📅 Duration: 12-Month Contract

🏛️ Client: Oklahoma State Department of Health

🎤 Interview: 1 Round – In-Person, up to 60 minutes

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis through stakeholder interviews, workflow reviews, and data analysis

• Develop current-state and future-state process maps and workflows

• Apply Lean Six Sigma and quality improvement methodologies

• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, process gaps, and root causes

• Develop SOPs, business requirements, executive summaries, and process documentation

• Facilitate process improvement workshops with stakeholders and SMEs

• Develop KPIs and performance measures to evaluate process improvements

• Support implementation, organizational change, and process sustainment activities

• Provide project status updates, risks, issues, recommendations, and deliverables

Required Qualifications

✅ 3–5+ years of Business Analyst experience

✅ Strong Business Analysis and Process Improvement experience

✅ Hands-on experience with process mapping and workflow analysis

✅ Lean Six Sigma knowledge or experience

✅ Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ State government, public health, healthcare, finance, or regulated-industry experience

⭐ Experience supporting enterprise transformation or strategic improvement initiatives

⭐ Experience developing SOPs, executive reports, dashboards, and implementation documentation

⭐ Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Change Management, CBAP/CCBA, or related certification

⭐ MBA or MHA preferred
