We're Hiring: New Business Development Manager

At Lsquare Eco-Products Pvt. Ltd. / Honecore, we are building the future of sustainable industrial packaging through innovative paper honeycomb solutions.

We work with manufacturers and OEMs that need strong, cost-effective, reliable, and eco-friendly packaging alternatives. As industries move away from polluting materials, we are expanding aggressively and looking for a strong business development professional who can open doors in high-potential sectors.

Role: New Business Development Manager

Department: Business Development

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: Sales Director / Business Head

Location: Pune, Chandigarh, Bangalore

CTC: 6-9LPA

Experience: 3-8 years preferred

We are looking for a sharp, well-connected, and target-driven business development professional who can help us enter and grow accounts across our target industries.


The candidate does not need to come from the packaging industry.


What matters more is strong industry connects, the ability to reach decision-makers, understand customer requirements, build trust, and convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

As a New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

Identifying and developing new business opportunities across target industries

Using existing industry relationships to connect with OEMs, manufacturers, procurement teams, packaging teams, plant heads, and supply chain leaders

Opening new customer accounts through outreach, references, meetings, plant visits, exhibitions, and networking

Understanding customer pain points related to packaging, product protection, logistics, sustainability, cost, and damage reduction

Presenting Honecore's paper honeycomb solutions as a practical alternative to traditional packaging materials

Coordinating with internal design, production, quality, and operations teams for samples, trials, costing, and order execution

Building a strong sales pipeline and maintaining disciplined follow-ups

Driving commercial discussions and converting trials into repeat business

Tracking competitors, customer requirements, and opportunities in sustainable packaging

Achieving monthly and quarterly new business targets


What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate should have:

Strong B2B sales or business development experience

Existing connects in one or more of our target industries

Ability to reach procurement, sourcing, packaging development, supply chain, plant, or business heads

Proven experience in opening new accounts and converting leads into business

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to understand industrial products and customer applications

High ownership, strong follow-up discipline, and a result-driven mindset

Comfort with travel for customer meetings, plant visits, exhibitions, and industry events

CRM/reporting discipline preferred
