Job Title: Power Automate Desktop (PAD) Developer

Location: Remote

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience designing PAD automation patterns for enterprise scale, including reusable subflows, machine/machine-group configuration, unattended run scheduling, and robust error handling and logging.
• Experience building custom Dataverse-centric applications, including data modeling, security roles, RBAC, and audit logging.
• Solid understanding of Power Platform ALM and governance, including environment strategy, solution management, connection/connection-reference handling, and CI/CD for Power Platform artifacts.
• Experience integrating Power Platform and PAD automations with external systems and APIs (REST/SOAP), legacy applications, file systems, databases, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to document automation designs, migration approaches, and support runbooks for a technical and business audience. 

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of overall software development experience with at least 4+ years focused on Microsoft Power Platform development and automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Automate Desktop (PAD), and Dataverse.
• Proven, hands-on experience building new Power Automate Desktop (PAD) automations from the ground up — including UI automation, desktop/web recorders, exception handling, and orchestration of attended and unattended flows.
• Demonstrated experience migrating existing RPA solutions to Power Automate Desktop (PAD), including reverse-engineering current bots, mapping legacy actions to PAD equivalents, and validating parity post-migration (Nintex RPA to PAD migration experience strongly preferred).

Required Education:  At least a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
