Edgewood Manor is seeking a driven, relationship-focused and results driven
Director of Admissions and Marketing to grow our census and expand our presence in the community. This is a high-impact role where you’ll build partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and healthcare organizations while helping patients access quality care. If you thrive in healthcare sales, enjoy being out in the field, and know how to turn relationships into admissions, we want to hear from you.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners
Conduct on-site visits to referral sources to educate and promote services
Coordinate admissions with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions of care
Develop and manage a strategic target list of referral sources
Represent the facility in the community and maintain a positive brand presence
3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development
~ Ability to work independently and manage a territory
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with managed care and insurance payers
