Title: SharePoint Business Analyst
Location: Houston, TX Work Model: Onsite. An in-person interview is required;
Position Summary
The SharePoint Business Analyst serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to design, implement, enhance, and support SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and related collaboration solutions. This role is responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, delivering SharePoint-based solutions, and driving adoption of enterprise content management, document management, workflow automation, and collaboration capabilities.
The ideal candidate possesses strong SharePoint expertise, business process analysis skills, and experience implementing governance, records management, and digital workplace solutions.
Experience
- 5+ years of business analysis experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on SharePoint experience (SharePoint Online preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies.
- Experience leading requirements gathering and solution design efforts.
- Experience implementing document management and content management solutions
