Lead UX Designer: Shape Customer-First Experiences & Team

Greenstone is seeking a Lead UX Designer to steer the UX capability across the product lifecycle. You will own discovery, prioritisation and customer research, guiding prototyping and usability testing while managing the UX pipeline and trade-offs.

You will mentor a small UX team and collaborate with Product, Technology and senior stakeholders to align customer needs with business goals. A strong portfolio and leadership experience are essential.
