The Role

• Engage with retail shoppers to discuss HVAC upgrades, air quality, and energy efficiency solutions.
• Schedule complimentary in-home consultations for prospective clients.
• Represent a well-known home service brand within a national retail setting.
• Focus on identifying and connecting with potential customers for comfort advisors.
• Build rapport and generate interest in home comfort services.

What You'll Need

• A friendly and outgoing personality with a willingness to approach shoppers.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a shift.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned retail location.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• A clean and professional appearance.
