AWS Cloud Storage Engineer

Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure and services across public and/or hybrid cloud environments
• Build and maintain scalable, highly available, and secure cloud architectures
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using infrastructure-as-code tools
• Monitor cloud environments to ensure performance, availability, and cost optimization
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to support application deployment and integration
• Implement and maintain security controls, identity management, and access policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure and service-related issues
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies
• Document cloud architectures, configurations, and operational procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cloud best practices

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: - AWS Storage, NetApp ONTAP and FSx
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS 
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates)
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud-native architecture principles
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
