Job Title: Business Tax Senior Manager – M&A Partnership
Duration: Fulltime/Permanent position
Location: Greater Chicago Area, IL (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
Business Tax & M&A Advisory:
Lead business tax engagements involving partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and complex entity structures.
Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to business clients.
Support clients through transaction planning, structuring, and tax impact analysis.
Identify tax opportunities and risks related to business transactions.

Tax Compliance & Technical Review:
Review complex business and entity tax returns, including:
Partnership returns
Corporate tax returns
Pass-through entity filings
Other business tax compliance matters
Research and resolve complex tax issues.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Active CPA license required.
6+ years of public accounting tax experience.
Partnership Taxation
Business Entity Taxation
M&A Tax
Tax Compliance and Advisory Services
Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of management experience preferred.
Experience leading complex M&A tax engagements.
Strong background working with privately held businesses and partnership structures.
Experience mentoring and developing tax professionals
