Financial & Budget Management Specialist- 2 Openings

MANDATORY MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor''s Degree from an accredited college or university with at least five (5) years of full-time experience in design/development/implementation of management reports, financial analysis or management analysis.

•4+ years'' minimum experience in managing large scale budgets for projects

PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS

A master''s degree from an accredited college in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration, and one year of satisfactory full-time professional experience in budget administration, economic or financial administration.

•Foundational understanding of public finance and procurement in general

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

• Analytical and critical thinking -Recognizing patterns or trends that suggest systemic errors or unusual variances.

• General comprehension of the functions and processes involved in project management

•Ability to manage multiple projects at once, work under pressure, and meet frequent and changing deadlines.

•Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and deadline -driven environment with little supervision.

•Proficiency in MS Excel Word and other applications.

•Knowledgeable with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server
