Role: Investment Banking Associate

Location: Remote (United States-based)

Engagement type:  Freelance / Independent Contractor, through Uber AI Solutions.

Engagement commitment: Participation welcomed any day the project is live. Tasks will require ~7 hours of effort to complete. 

Engagement duration:  ASAP - August 2, 2026

 

Who we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of hands-on, demonstrated finance experience in investment banking, private equity, equity/credit research, corporate development, financial modeling, capital markets, or quantitative finance — with a track record of building models and deriving figures from primary source documents, not solely reporting, reconciliation, or accounting work.
• Valid CFA or FRM, CA, or CPA
• Demonstrated ability to read primary source documents (10-Ks, 10-Qs, credit/merger agreements) and perform multi-step calculations from them.
• Comfortable working independently on detail-oriented tasks to a documented methodology.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Prior experience with GenAI/LLM evaluation — prompt engineering, rubric or golden-answer authoring, annotation, RLHF, red-teaming, or model QA — is a strong differentiator.
