Role : Technical Business Analyst

Type: Contract | Manhattan, New York, Hybrid (3 Days office, 2 days WFH)

Location: 375 Pearl Street

INTERVIEW PROCESS WITH RCI Technologies- 1st Round will be a telephone screening where candidates will need to answer technical experience questions and 2nd Round will be an in depth technical Teams video call.

INTERVIEW PROCESS WITH CLIENT-1st Round will be TEAMS CALL and 2nd /3rd Round will be Face to face

In person in NYC; interviews conducted in person

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a Data Center Colocation and Migration initiative. This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams - translating business needs into actionable solutions while leveraging strong Oracle and SQL skills alongside Agile delivery experience. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of hands-on expertise across the full business analysis lifecycle, from requirements elicitation through solution design and performance reporting.

What You'll Do

• Elicit and analyze business needs by engaging stakeholders and capturing detailed, structured requirements
• Analyze data to surface actionable insights that guide decision-making, and produce detailed reports
• Partner with development teams to design and implement business solutions
• Conduct research and prepare proof-of-concept documents, including roadmaps for performance
• Implement tools to measure and report on service outcomes
• Manage work using Agile methodology and JIRA across project development and service delivery
• Write basic code and SQL queries against Oracle databases to support analysis and reporting
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to align business processes with technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years working across multiple SDLC projects in an Agile environment
• 12+ years in Requirement Gathering & Analysis - eliciting and analyzing business needs through stakeholder engagement
• 12+ years in Data Analysis & Reporting - turning data into insights that guide decision-making
• 12+ years in Solution Design & Implementation, partnering with development teams
• 12+ years conducting research, preparing proof-of-concept documents and performance roadmaps, and implementing tools to measure and report on service outcomes
• 12+ years using Agile Methodology and JIRA for project development and service delivery
• 12+ years with analytical tools such as SharePoint and MS Office
• Proficient in fundamental SQL queries
• Proficient with Oracle
• Ability to write basic code
