The Role • Meet with prospective customers in their homes to consult, educate, and sell tailored bath remodeling solutions. • Build rapport with clients to facilitate a successful one-visit close. • Utilize industry-leading product samples and support to drive sales. • Ensure an outstanding customer service experience from the initial consultation through to project completion. • Focus exclusively on closing sales, as all leads are prequalified and scheduled. What You'll Need • A strong desire to learn and succeed in sales, with limited prior experience accepted. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • An energetic and engaging personality with a drive for achievement. • The ability to effectively overcome objections during the sales process. • A willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.
