IT Project Manager

This opportunity is for an experienced IT Project Manager who will lead and drive a variety of technology projects spanning cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise applications, system upgrades, and digital workplace solutions. In this role, you will work closely with technical teams, business leaders, and external partners to ensure complex projects are delivered successfully while balancing timelines, budgets, resources, and business objectives.

You'll have the chance to influence strategic initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations, and help shape project management best practices within a dynamic IT environment. The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and bring structure and accountability to large-scale technology programs. This position is eligible for contract to hire.
Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing technology-focused projects
• Experience overseeing projects involving infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, or digital workplace technologies
• Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and stakeholder expectations
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid frameworks
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience developing project documentation, status reports, risk assessments, and implementation plans
• Ability to identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive issue resolution
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Planner, Teams, SharePoint, or similar project management platforms
• Exposure to cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365 environments
• Experience working within professional services, consulting, engineering, or multi-site organizations
• Familiarity with IT service management principles and operational support processes
• Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or ITIL Foundation
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation, migration, or modernization initiatives
