Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Robotics Engineer to support, troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize industrial robotic systems in a manufacturing environment. The engineer will diagnose robot and robotic-cell issues, perform root-cause analysis, and modify robot programs to improve production performance and reduce downtime. The role will work with KUKA, FANUC, and ABB robots and collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams. The engineer will also mentor junior employees and provide hands-on training in robotics programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain industrial robotic systems and cells.
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve robotics-related production issues.
• Program, modify, and optimize robot programs based on production requirements.
• Work with KUKA, FANUC, and ABB robotic platforms.
• Perform hands-on diagnostics and support production-floor issues.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams to minimize downtime.
• Improve robotic cell reliability, efficiency, and performance.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Develop training materials and provide hands-on robotics instruction.
