Job Overview:

The candidate will serve as an Ecommerce Solution Lead/Architect, applying deep experience in MarTech, Digital Commerce, Promotions, and Personalization platforms. The role involves defining end-to-end solution architectures across multiple systems, evaluating platform options, and designing API-first, cloud-native enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong experience in MarTech, Digital Commerce, Promotions, and Personalization platforms.
• Connect business requirements across multiple systems and define an end-to-end solution architecture.
• Apply a deep understanding of customer, product, pricing, and promotion data models.
• Integrate platforms such as eCommerce, CRM, CDP/Data Cloud, Marketing Automation, CMS, ERP, and Order Management systems.
• Utilize experience with promotion engines and trade promotion platforms (e.g., Salesforce Promotions, Vistex, Blue Yonder, Adobe).
• Apply strong knowledge of personalization, customer segmentation, offers, and campaign orchestration.
• Evaluate platform options and provide recommendations based on business fit, scalability, integration complexity, and cost.
• Design API-first, cloud-native architectures and complex enterprise integrations.
