The role:

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive business analysis and digital transformation initiative. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business units, technical teams, and vendors, leading requirements gathering, process mapping, and full lifecycle delivery for complex software implementations.

What you'll be doing:

• Liaise between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather and document business requirements.
• Model current and future-state workflows to support solution design and integration.
• Support end-to-end testing activities, including test plans, case execution, and UAT.
• Produce project documentation and maintain requirements traceability under established governance frameworks.

Desired Skills and Experiences:

• 6+ years as a BA doing process mapping, gap analysis, and system integrations.
• Proven experience mapping requirements to product functionality and software integrations.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
• Experience with BPMN 2.0 standards, government environments, or finance/ERP projects is desirable.
