Business Analyst

We're looking for a Business Analyst (5-7 years' experience) to join our growing consulting practice. This role offers exposure to a variety of clients, industries and transformation programs, with genuine opportunities to grow your consulting career.

The Role

This is a hands-on, end-to-end Business Analyst role suited to someone who enjoys working in evolving delivery environments where collaboration, stakeholder engagement and quality outcomes are critical.

You'll be responsible for:

• Facilitating workshops and eliciting business requirements
• Performing gap analysis and producing high-quality business requirements documentation
• Documenting customer journeys, user stories and business process maps
• Supporting solution design and providing clarification to development and testing teams
• Developing and leading UAT and Business Verification Testing (BVT), including defect triage and reporting
• Support UX design activities through business analysis
• Review solution architecture, detailed designs and build documentation
• Coordinating stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Supporting release planning, business readiness, training materials and deployment activities

About You

You'll bring:

• 5-7 years' Business Analyst experience delivering technology or business transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships
• Experience facilitating workshops and translating business needs into clear requirements
• The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in fast-paced, evolving environments
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality client outcomes
