Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community outreach. Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their goals and providing personalized insurance recommendations. Educate clients on insurance options, including auto, home, renters, life, and business coverage. Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that provide the right protection and value. Generate new business opportunities while maintaining a strong pipeline of leads and follow-ups.

Requirements
Property Casualty Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one with district support. Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial. Professional, positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
