We use AI-powered tools to connect talent, agencies, production houses and brands - enabling efficient collaboration at scale across film, fashion, advertising, OTT and events.

The Role


As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will take ownership of Yurme's B2B revenue function. You will lead strategic outreach, build high-value partnerships, and drive platform adoption across agencies, production houses, casting companies and brands.


This is a senior, high-impact role at a fast-growing media-tech startup. You will work directly with the founding team and have full ownership of the sales pipeline.



What You Will Do


• Own and lead the end-to-end B2B sales pipeline - from prospecting to closing

• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with agencies, production houses, casting companies and brands

• Conduct high-level demos and negotiations with founders and senior decision makers

• Drive onboarding, activation and retention of enterprise and agency accounts

• Build and maintain a structured CRM with pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting

• Represent Yurme at industry events, film festivals and trade gatherings

• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to the product and founding team

• Mentor and guide junior sales team members as the function scales



What We Are Looking For


• 5-8 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of closing high-value deals

• Prior experience selling to media, entertainment, advertising, SaaS or creative industry clients strongly preferred

• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and complex sales cycles

• Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Strategic thinker who can build a sales function, not just execute within one

• Proficiency with CRM tools, pipeline management and data-driven reporting

• Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage environments

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent; MBA is an advantage
