Automotive Sales BDC Representative
Napleton Beaver Dam Chevrolet Buick GMC, part of the Napleton Automotive Group, is looking for a motivated, sales-driven BDC Representative to join our growing team. If you love connecting with people, thrive on the phone, and want to play a key role in keeping our sales floor full of qualified buyers, we want to hear from you.
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming internet, phone, and chat sales leads

• Make outbound calls to prospective and past customers to generate and schedule sales appointments
• Follow up on sales leads and unsold showroom traffic using the dealership's CRM
• Confirm scheduled sales appointments in advance to reduce no-shows
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM
• Meet or exceed monthly appointment-set and appointment-show goals
• Hand off qualified, well-prepared appointments smoothly to the sales team
• Stay current on dealership inventory, incentives, and sales promotions

No prior experience necessary — we'll train the right candidate; prior BDC, call center, or sales experience is a plus

• Basic computer skills; comfortable learning CRM and dealership software
• High school diploma or equivalent required
