Leadling is actively recruiting experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for a national mortgage platform designed for professionals who want more control, flexibility, and earning potential.

You’ll also have access to Leadling, our business-growth platform designed to help Loan Officers manage their pipeline, strengthen Realtor relationships, automate follow-up, market their business, and attract new referral partners.

Ideal Candidates

• Active Mortgage Loan Officers with 1+ year of experience as a mortgage loan officer
• Self-sourced producers
• Professionals with experience maintaining relationships with realtors and other referral sources
• Holds an active NMLS registration
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Experience originating conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, or non-QM loans is a plus
