MAINTENANCE ENGINEER Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Location: Cardiff Salary: £42,000 Starting Salary – Salary Banding Up to £50,000 Per Annum Shift: 4 on 4 off – Days & Nights The Role A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and growing business in Cardiff.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to join a busy, fast-paced environment with strong earning and development potential. The position offers a starting salary of £42,000, with a structured salary banding system offering progression up to £50,000 per annum as you develop within the role.

Working on a 4 on 4 off Days & Nights shift pattern, you will become part of an experienced engineering team responsible for ensuring maximum machinery reliability and keeping downtime to a minimum.

As the Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, attending machinery breakdowns, fault finding and supporting continuous improvement across the site. Skills Required The successful Maintenance Engineer will ideally have:
