The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs at customer locations.
• Manage your own stock, complete reporting, and maintain customer communication.
• Adapt to a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and routine checks.
• Represent the company's values and provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.
• Work independently, making sound decisions to resolve vehicle issues effectively.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems independently.
