Retail Sales Trainer

GNC is seeking a Trainer to develop the product and sales capabilities of our retail teams. In this role, you will deliver engaging training on vitamins, supplements, sports nutrition, and wellness solutions while reinforcing GNC's performance-driven, customer-focused culture. You will onboard and coach associates, conduct in-store and virtual sessions, and create clear training materials that improve customer experience and sales results. Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, retail or sales experience, and a passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on GNC products, sales techniques, and customer service standards
• Onboard and coach new retail associates on store procedures and systems
• Assess training needs using performance metrics and manager feedback
• Create and update training materials, job aids, and e-learning content
• Conduct in-store coaching and role-plays to build selling and service skills
• Reinforce compliance with company policies and wellness guidelines
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with store and district leaders on performance goals
• Maintain strong product and industry knowledge to support training
• Model GNC's performance-driven, customer-focused culture
