Location: Philadelphia, PA (Local preferred) Onsite role
Duration :12 months

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced C2M Training Consultant to support the development and delivery of end-user training. The consultant will initially focus on creating high-quality training materials and later transition into delivering instructor-led training to end users.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with C2M (Customer to Meter) and a proven background in training development and delivery. Preference will be given to candidates local to the Philadelphia area; however, candidates willing to travel on-site during the end-user training phase will also be considered.
• Key Responsibilities
• Develop end-user training materials, including presentations, guides, and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with project and business teams to understand system functionality and training needs
• Deliver instructor-led and/or hands-on training sessions to end users
• Customize training content based on audience and business processes
• Support training planning, scheduling, and coordination activities
• Provide post-training support and address user questions as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with C2M
• Prior experience in training development and end-user training delivery
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work closely with business and technical teams
• Willingness to travel on-site during end-user training phase if not local

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on utility industry projects
• Previous involvement in large system implementations or transformations
