Job Description

Job Title: IT Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: 1 Enterprise Dr, Quincy, MA (Hybrid — onsite as requested)

Job Type: Contract (Long-term engagement)

Job Overview

Our client, is seeking a motivated Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join its Medicaid Systems Development (MSD) team. This individual will primarily support a Health Safety Net (HSN) application that facilitates healthcare access for uninsured and underinsured Massachusetts residents, while also providing QA support across other MSD applications.

Required Skills

  • Broad knowledge of testing approaches: black-box, white-box, functional, smoke, regression, security, ADA
  • Strong expertise in backend testing and writing complex SQL queries (subqueries, joins)
  • Experience with Oracle database and/or SQL Server
  • Proficiency with Jira, HP Quality Center, IBM ClearQuest, IBM Test Manager
  • CI/CD integration experience (GitActions, Jenkins)
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce testing experience
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or government setting
