Job Description

Our client, a global leader in insulation, roofing, fiberglass composites, and building materials manufacturing, is seeking a Product Owner to support its Doors business across CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Enterprise Integration initiatives. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping drive scalable solutions that support configurable products, order management, manufacturing processes, and enterprise-wide integrations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in manufacturing environments and possess a strong background in product ownership, ERP implementations, business process analysis, and enterprise integrations. This individual will collaborate with business, manufacturing, ERP, architecture, development, and implementation teams to deliver innovative, user-focused solutions that improve configuration and ordering experiences for customers and partners.

 

Additional Notes:

• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting configurable or make-to-order products is highly desired.
• Strong focus on CPQ, ERP, Order Management, and Enterprise Integrations.
• Agile environment with significant stakeholder interaction.
• Sponsorship available.
• C2C candidates accepted.
• For C2C candidates, vendors must provide a laptop or include an additional $2/hour in the all-inclusive rate to cover equipment procurement requirements.

 

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, and prioritization of CPQ and integration initiatives.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical solution designs.
• Partner with business leaders, manufacturing teams, ERP stakeholders, architects, developers, and implementation partners.
• Define business processes, user journeys, workflows, and integration requirements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of enterprise solutions.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, communication, and execution across multiple departments.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve order management, product configuration, and business process automation.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, user-centric, and aligned with organizational goals.

 

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar experience.
• Strong experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technology solutions.
• Experience leading enterprise application and integration projects.
• Proven ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
