The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and a successful shopping experience for customers.
• Actively participate in stocking shelves, presenting products appealingly, baking, and operating modern checkout systems.
• Support the store manager by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and implementing store concepts.
• Undertake warehouse, cleaning, and inventory tasks.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar sector, with some leadership experience (e.g., shift supervision) being advantageous.
• A strong team player with a high sense of responsibility, who enjoys inspiring and motivating others.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
