The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and a flawless shopping experience for customers in collaboration with team colleagues.
• Actively participate in stocking shelves, presenting products attractively, preparing baked goods, and operating modern checkout systems, including self-checkout stations.
• Support the Store Manager by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and overseeing the implementation of store concepts.
• Undertake essential tasks such as inventory management, cleaning, and stock taking.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar sector, ideally with some leadership experience, e.g., as a shift lead.
• A team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for engaging and motivating others.
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts as agreed upon with management.
