Role Overview:
Responsible for inspecting incoming materials and components, managing non-conforming lots, supporting supplier corrective actions, and maintaining IQC quality records and quarantine processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IQC inspections on incoming samples based on defined AQL inspection levels.
• Issue Lot Acceptance / Non-Conformance Reports (NCR-SCAR) for incoming lots.
• Follow up with the Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) team on supplier Root Cause (RC) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Maintain the Failed Parts Tracker (FPT).
• Provide disposition recommendations for Product Quality Engineer (PQE) Material Review Board (MRB) meetings.
• Maintain the quarantine area using 5S protocols.
• Support logistics with flexible, priority-driven execution, including urgent part containment and inventory activities.
• Support Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) activities during low-volume periods as directed.
• Maintain IQC data and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) within the electronic Quality Management System (e-QMS).
