JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a Senior HR Benefits Administrator role. There are a number of special projects this person will be contributing to, including harmonizing Mergers/Acquisitions/Divestitures, Open Enrollment, dealing with 25+ Benefits Vendors (insurance claims, EAP/EAS programs, etc.), and preparing communications. This role will cover the entire US and should be located in an office, but can sit in any office (NJ, MD, NH, TX, CA, or OR). Preference for candidates sitting in US EST as most of the team is on the east coast so timing works better to collaborate with other team members in Europe. Ideal candidates will have experience with Workday HCM, but any enterprise level HCM experience is the requirement. This is a senior level role.
Provide experienced, hands-on support across Benefits activities during a period of significant transformation and organizational change.
The role will independently manage Benefits workstreams and complex transition-related activities, partnering with Total Rewards, HR, Payroll, Legal, HR Operations, external advisors and benefit vendors.
The successful candidate will quickly understand the environment, take ownership of deliverables and drive activities independently, escalating issues appropriately with limited day-to-day supervision.
Coordinate employee benefit transitions, vendor implementation, data validation, and employee communications.
· Maintain project plans, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables, proactively driving actions through to completion.
· Support US Benefits transformation initiatives, including retirement / 401(k) implementation and transition activities.
· Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Legal, HR Operations, business/project teams, brokers, and benefit vendors.
· Prepare concise status updates, identify risks and escalate issues requiring leadership decisions.
· Independently manage Benefits workstreams arising from business transformation, organizational changes, workforce transitions and other complex projects.
Provide hands-on support across the broader US Benefits portfolio as priorities require.
