Vice President of Product Management and Pricing

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Vice President of Product Management and Pricing in Mediacom Park, NY.

Summary

The Vice President of Product Management and Pricing will lead the firm's mobile product strategy, including product development, pricing, promotions, bundled offerings, and lifecycle management. The role is focused on driving subscriber growth, ARPU, retention, and profitability by using customer insights, competitive intelligence, financial modeling, and market trends to shape mobile offerings.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Telecommunications, or related field preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in wireless, MVNO, cable mobile, or telecommunications product management
• Proven success developing and launching mobile products, pricing strategies, promotional programs, and bundled service offerings
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in forecasting, financial modeling, business case development, and profitability analysis
• Experience supporting device launches, channel assortment planning, and promotional forecasting
• Deep understanding of customer segmentation, pricing architecture, product lifecycle management, and wireless market dynamics
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience using KPI-driven decision-making and performance reporting
• Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly matrixed, and rapidly evolving business environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
