Manager call notes:

• Hands on with python programming.

• Experience on multi agent architecture and very good exposure on agentic workflows.

• Should have built agentic system in production for enterprise

• Experience in Lang Chain, Lang graph, Galileo

• Prompt engineering – chain of thoughts, react.

• Not looking for ML folks

• Good team player and no cheating using Chat GPT etc

Job details:

Mission

• Design and implement highly scalable and fault-tolerant distributed systems utilizing core Python and modern asynchronous programming frameworks.
• Drive performance optimization & cost efficiency via deep profiling and memory-aware engineering.
• Establish production-grade CI/CD, testing (pytest), and type safety (mypy) for robust code quality.
• Build agents/components that reason, plan and act.
• Implement guardrails, cognitive patterns such as ReAct patterns.
• Develop memory and tool-use capabilities (MCP), collaborate with prompt engineers.

Skill Set

• Mastery of asyncio, multithreading, OOP, and memory management.
• Implement enterprise-grade security & compliance, including encryption and secrets management across AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure, Databricks, Snowflake.
• Experience with AI and data pipeline ecosystem (good-to-have).
• Experience with Agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar), AIOps, Build CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong Python engineering (async, APIs, microservices).
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Lakehouse architectures.
