Compensation

$150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Meet with home sellers throughout Raleigh and the Triangle
Conduct listing consultations and win signed listings
Advise sellers on pricing, positioning, and market conditions
Follow up with sellers and nurture future opportunities
Communicate with clients throughout the listing process
Review offers and negotiate contracts
Follow proven listing systems and sales processes
Participate in training, coaching, and accountability
Deliver exceptional
2nd Mile Service
Qualifications:
Who We’re Looking For
Active North Carolina Real Estate License
Seller experience or a strong interest in listing-focused sales
Confident working face-to-face with homeowners
Comfortable discussing pricing and market conditions
Confident asking for the listing appointment and commitment
Consistent with follow-up and pipeline management
Coachable and willing to follow proven systems
Competitive, accountable, and client-focused
