Job Description

Top Requirements: 
1. Associates Degree, Senior in College, Bachelor Degree is Preferred
2. Strong VMware and Kubernetes/OpenShift Virtualization (OSV) expertise — hands-on experience designing, deploying, administering, and troubleshooting enterprise virtualization platforms.
3. Scripting and automation skills — proficiency with Python, PowerShell, Ansible, or similar tools to automate VM management, configuration, auditing, remediation, and operational tasks.
4. Advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis — ability to diagnose complex issues across compute, VM, storage, network, and application layers using monitoring and observability tools.
5. Infrastructure architecture and capacity management — experience with cloud/infrastructure architecture, capacity planning, scalability, resource optimization, and large-scale enterprise deployments.
6. Senior-level engineering and operational ownership — 10+ years of IT experience, strong communication/collaboration, full technology lifecycle management, security/change management, documentation, and L1–L3 production support.

  • Experience with monitoring tools and logging solutions
  • Understanding of virtualization concepts and technologies (e.g., KVM, VMware)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple layers of the stack
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills Self-starter.
