DevOps Software Engineer - TS/SCI Cleared | Rockville, MD, United States | Remote | $107,900.00 - $195,050.00

This employer is a leading technology solutions provider renowned for its mission-critical innovations and forward-thinking approach. They are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Software Engineer to join a dynamic team dedicated to developing and deploying state-of-the-art technology for a significant national security program. The Role

  • Deploy, triage, and maintain a production big-data pipeline leveraging Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, and Kafka.
  • Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation to accelerate development and improve reliability.
  • Design and support scalable, redundant infrastructure across both physical and virtual environments.
  • Utilize Helm to configure Kubernetes deployments for new features and evolving requirements.
  • Partner with Systems Engineers to architect solutions for new capabilities.
  • Contribute technical input to engineering documentation, diagrams, and models.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience (or 6+ years with a Master's).
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Strong proficiency in Linux.
  • Hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with CI/CD orchestration and GitLab.
  • Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana.
