Technical Program Manager III
Location: Redmond, Washington or Remote
COMPENSATION: $94 - $104 Hourly
Role Overview
The Technical Program Manager III will lead the definition, implementation, and successful delivery of complex programs requiring cross-functional collaboration. This role oversees interdependencies across multiple projects, ensuring alignment and strategic execution. The ideal candidate will manage key initiatives, including New Product Introduction programs, navigating small operational tasks and full program ownership with equal agility. Effective coordination across multiple technical programs and designated responsible individuals will ensure operational success.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver programs within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints while proactively managing moderate-probability and moderate-impact risks.
• Drive program-level strategic planning and complex issue resolution through direct interaction with leadership.
• Manage matrixed internal employees and third-party resources to deliver system enhancements meeting business requirements.
• Oversee project scope definition, requirements gathering, scheduling, tracking, and status reporting across organizational levels.
• Own and manage New Product Introduction programs from initiation through operational delivery.
• Coordinate communications and alignment across multiple technical programs and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline is required.
Experience: Demonstrated experience managing subsystem technical program management and delivering technology solutions in large-scale environments.
Technical Skills: Expertise in audio technical program management, software development lifecycle methodologies, project estimating, scheduling, and risk assessment.
Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration or related advanced degree.
• Project Management Professional or Project Management Institute certification.
• Experience delivering business applications in large-scale, multi-platform environments.
