Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML Engineer with 10+ years of experience to design, develop, deploy, and maintain advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, data engineering, and cloud-based AI platforms.

The candidate will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to develop scalable AI/ML solutions that address complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML models and solutions.
• Develop machine learning pipelines for training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Apply supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques to solve business problems.
• Build and optimize models using Python and ML frameworks.
• Work with large and complex datasets for data preparation, feature engineering, and model development.
• Develop and implement Generative AI, Large Language Model (LLM), and NLP solutions.
• Work with frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar technologies.
• Design and implement MLOps pipelines for automated model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Deploy AI/ML solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Collaborate with software engineering and data engineering teams to integrate ML models into production applications.
• Monitor model performance, scalability, accuracy, and reliability in production.
• Perform model optimization, experimentation, and performance tuning.
• Ensure AI/ML solutions follow security, governance, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Mentor junior AI/ML engineers and contribute to technical architecture and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, or AI/ML engineering.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience with NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases is highly desirable.
• Strong experience with SQL, data processing, and data pipelines.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar GenAI platforms.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, or Chroma.
• Knowledge of Spark, Databricks, Kafka, or other big-data technologies.
• Experience building production-grade AI applications.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, model governance, and AI security.
• Experience leading technical projects or mentoring engineering teams.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
