Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Orchestration Engineer who has real production experience building and implementing AI/Agentic AI solutions, not just theoretical or POC experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience developing and implementing AI bots/chatbots and AI agent solutions in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build AI bots/chatbots (Mandatory Experience).

• Build and implement AI/Agentic AI solutions in production.

• Develop AI agents, multi-agent workflows, RAG, tool calling, and LLM pipelines.

• Integrate AI solutions with Oracle and/or ServiceNow.

• Develop and support REST APIs and enterprise integrations.

• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Collaborate with enterprise teams to implement AI solutions in production environments.

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on AI/LLM orchestration experience.

• Must have implemented AI solutions in production.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Oracle AI Agent Studio – Mandatory

  • LangGraph – Mandatory

  • LangChain – Mandatory

  • LangSmith – Mandatory

• Good Oracle functional knowledge, preferably Oracle ERP/SCM/Fusion.

• Strong Python development experience.

• Experience building AI agents, multi-agent workflows, RAG, tool calling, and LLM pipelines.

• Experience integrating AI solutions with Oracle and/or ServiceNow.

• Strong experience with REST APIs / enterprise integrations.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Preferred Skills

• Production experience with Docker/Kubernetes.

• Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems.

Most Important for Screening

Oracle AI Agent Studio + LangGraph + LangChain + LangSmith + Production AI Implementation + Oracle Functional Knowledge

A candidate who only has generic GenAI/ChatGPT/LLM experience but does not have the above hands-on production experience would not be a good fit.

Remote candidates within the U.S. can be considered if they are willing to travel to Atlanta when required.
